Booking and Cancellation Policies

At Eco Refúgio Cantareira, each reservation is prepared with care and planning — therefore, please pay attention to the conditions below:

✅ Reservations
• With 7 days or more advance notice: a 50% prepayment of the total accommodation cost is required via Pix or payment link. The remaining balance will be paid at check-in.
• For bookings made less than 7 days in advance: full payment is due at the time of booking.
• The reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of payment (deposit or full amount, as applicable).
• Reservations are personal and non-transferable without prior authorization.

❌ Cancellations
• Cancellations can be made up to 10 days prior to the check-in date, with a full refund of the amount paid.
• After this period, there will be no refund, reimbursement, or credit.
• In case of no-show, the full amount paid will be retained.

🌱 Date Changes
• Date changes can be requested with a minimum of 10 days' notice and are subject to availability.
• After this period, the change will be treated as a cancellation.
