Does it have a pool /hot tub/bathtub?
No. Our project is 100% focused on sustainability, and we strive to minimize water and energy use whenever possible. Instead, we offer other ways to relax in connection with nature. It's a more authentic kind of rest that takes care of you and the planet at the same time.
What outdoor activities are available?
We have a wide variety of outdoor activities happening in Mairiporã. A great opportunity to get closer to nature in a simple and memorable way. Take a look at the 'Experiences' section of the website and make your reservation via WhatsApp.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM
Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon)
⏰ Early check-in (from 8 am) and late check-out (until 6 pm) may be available depending on the schedule, with an additional cost of half a day's stay at the chosen accommodation.
Are there vegan options on the menu?
Yes, at Eco Refúgio, we value healthy and inclusive cuisine. The daily menu is always designed and created based on the preferences and dietary restrictions of our guests. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options, etc., guaranteeing a delicious gastronomic experience for all our guests.
Is there a day use option?
Yes. We offer a day use option from 8 am to 6 pm. This includes: access to your chosen accommodation, breakfast (from 8 am to 9 am), access to common areas, and exclusive entrance to Pedreira do Dib. Please inquire about prices.
Are bed linens and towels included?
No. It's up to each guest: you can bring your own laundry or choose to rent it from us. This choice reduces the amount of laundry and decreases water and energy consumption, strengthening our sustainable practices. Please inquire about pricing .
Is the kitchen available for guest use?
No. However, we offer meals contracted separately, featuring traditional country-style and homemade cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. Breakfast is already included in the daily rate.
Is Wi-Fi and cell phone signal working well?
Cell phone signal in the area can be unstable, but we provide good-quality Wi-Fi for our guests, ensuring you stay connected when you need it.
What types of electrical outlets are available at Eco Refuge?
We use Brazilian standard (NBR 14136) outlets with a voltage of 110V. They are available in all accommodations and indoor spaces. We have adapters available; just let us know if you need one.
Can I bring drinks ?
We have an amazing selection of drinks for sale for you to enjoy. But if you prefer to bring your own favorite beverage, we charge a corkage fee. Please inquire about the prices .
Is parking included?
Yes, we have uncovered parking spaces available for our guests.
